I started my business 2 years ago as I always felt like a square peg in a round hole. I always felt limited by the my employed roles and was always reaching for the next thing. When I first started my business, people told me I was brave, but to me, it just felt like the right things.... I was in the right place at the right time, and knew I wanted to help others with their businesses, and I knew those people were Coaches. I didn't know it then, but it took me on a journey I had no way of predicting. I soon realised I wanted to do so much more than admin services, and was soon helping people set up sales funnels, systems and building teams.
I also started to develop my own course, and I run workshops for people who want to scale their businesses. I love the work that I do, (although it's been a painful journey discovering what that is!), and I want you to love your business too. That is why I do what I do.
I am a mum of an almost teenager (my son is 12), so I know there are interesting times ahead.... Being a work at home business owner and Mum helps me to be here for him, that and the dog and 2 cats. It's a hectic household at times.
A bit of work background... I entered the corporate world at a tender age of 21 and stayed there for 15 years. I felt like a number and eventually left, and worked for a smaller business as their Office and HR Manager. I then worked for an organisation called Coach in a Box (now known as BTS Coach), and I loved working with Coaches, the honesty, the authenticity, the lack of judgement and the freedom to be myself and noone else! You can see why I stayed working with Coaches!
